People love to enjoy cookies for snacks. Also, it is common to serve tea with a platter of cookies. However, we are always worried about its nutrient content as they are made commercially. Chocolate Chip Cookies
- 1/2 cup sugar
- 3/4 cup brown sugar
- 1 teaspoon of salt
- 1/2 cup butter
- 1 egg
- 1 tsp of vanilla essence
- 1.5 cup flour
- 1/2 tsp baking soda
- 4-ounce milk chunks
- 4-ounce dark chocolate chunks
Take a bowl and mix the sugar, brown sugar, salt, and butter together. Mix it thoroughly and then add one egg and the vanilla essence to the sugar mixture. Now, add flour and baking soda and mix it with a spatula. Stir it until it smoothens.
Add 4 ounces of milk chocolate chunks and 4 ounces of dark chocolate chunks. Mix them properly and cover the mixture with a transparent plastic sheet. Let it chill it in the fridge.
Now, take a baking tray and place a baking paper on it. Scoop out the cookie mixture one by one and place it on the tray. Bake the cookies at 180 degrees Celsius for 12 to 15 minutes. Once it is thoroughly baked, let it cool down. Serve it with milk and enjoy it. Your kids will love it for sure.
Banana And Peanut Butter Cookies For Elders
- 2 ripe bananas
One thirdcup natural peanut butter
- 2 Cup
- One fourth Cup chocolate chips
Take 2 ripe bananas in a bowl and mash them. Add peanut butter and mix both the ingredients.
Stir it until the batter becomes smooth. Now, add two cups of oats and 1/4 cup of chocolate chip. Mix it until it combines well. Take small proportions of the mixture and roll it on your palms, making small balls.
Take a baking tray, place a baking paper on it and one by one, place the balls. You can place approximately 10 to 12 balls at a time. Flatten the balls with the help of your palm or a spatula.
Bake your cookies for 15 to 20 minutes at 180 degrees Celsius.
