Cakes are the most mouthwatering sweets in the world. There is not a single person on earth who is not fond of cakes. Cakes are a celebration. We often think that baking a cake is a very difficult job. However, it is very easy and in this post, you will find two delicious recipes.
Butter 250 mg
Refined flour 250 mg
Vanilla essence few drops
1. Preheat your oven at 180 degrees Celsius.
2. Grease your baking tray/tin with butter or oil. You can also use a baking paper.
3. Dust flour inside the tin so that your cake comes out well.
Beat the eggs and vanilla essence together until your batter doubles in volume. Beat it for at least 8 to 10 minutes.
Pour sugar and butter in a bowl and mix it for 8- 10 min. The sugar and the butter should mix well and have a good consistency. Once you have received the desired consistency, mix it with the batter.
Add the refined flour to the batter. Now, add the milk slowly and mix the mixture with a spatula.
Transfer the mixture in the baking tin and bake your cake for 20-25 min. Beginners should watch carefully as the cake might overcook and burn.
After the given time, check the cake by putting in a toothpick. Your cake is ready if no cake sticks to the toothpick.
Do not try to remove the cake from the pan immediately after taking it out from the oven. Let it rest in the oven for at least 15 minutes and only then, cut into slices and serve.
The ingredients are the same as the sponge cake. Just replace the quantity of flour. Take 180 mg of flour and 45 mg of cocoa powder.
The method is the same as the sponge cake. After your cake is baked, top it up with plain melted chocolate and garnish it with Choco chips.
Note: Do not cut the cake and keep it in the refrigerator. Keep it outside and enjoy the cake while it is moist and fluffy.
